Next Steps
We have now entered into the 60-day public comment period for the draft screening assessment reports for Batch 7 and the proposed conclusions. During this time frame, the public can read the Batch 7 draft screening assessments, as well as the proposed risk management scopes for the Batch 7 substances which meet one or more of the criteria set out under section 64 of CEPA 1999, and submit comments for the Government's consideration by visiting Batch 7 Challenge Substances on the Chemical Substances Website.
