Government Response to recommendations from the Challenge Advisory Panel for October 20, 2008 and October 27, 2008

This Government Response refers to recommendations given in the October 20, 2008 and October 27, 2008 Challenge Advisory Panel report.

The Government’s action is consistent with the Panel’s recommendation.

Next steps

We are currently in the 60-day public comment period for the final screening assessment reports for substances in Batch 2 and the proposed risk management approach documents. During this time, the public can read the final screening assessments as well as the proposed risk management approach documents for the Batch 2 substances and submit comments for the Government’s consideration at:
