Government Response to recommendations from the Challenge Advisory Panel for March 28, 2008

This Government Response refers to recommendations given in the March 28, 2008 Challenge Advisory Panel report.

The Government's action is consistent with the Panel's recommendations.

Next Steps

We have now entered into the 60-day public comment period for the screening assessment reports for Bisphenol A and the proposed conclusion of CEPA toxic.  During this time frame, the public can read the screening assessment as well as the risk management scope for the Bisphenol A and submit comments for the Government's consideration at:
