Government Response to recommendations from the Challenge Advisory Panel for January 11, 2008

Conclusion

We have now entered into the 60-day public comment period for the screening assessment reports for Batch 1 and the proposed conclusions of CEPA toxic.  During this time frame, the public can read the screening assessments as well as the risk management scopes for the Batch 1 substances and submit comments for the Government's consideration at:
